1. How do I book a jumping castle?
Booking is simple! Visit our Booking Page or call us at 0436430923. Choose your preferred castle, date, and time, and we'll handle the rest.
2. How far in advance should I book a jumping castle?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability of your preferred equipment.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
4. How much does it cost to hire a jumping castle in Sydney?
Prices vary depending on the size and type of the castle. Standard hires start from $120. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

What types of jumping castles do you offer for hire in Sydney?
We offer themed castles, combo units with slides and water use.
Are your jumping castles suitable for indoor events?
Yes! We have options designed for indoor venues with adequate ceiling height and space.
What safety measures do you have in place?
We provide proper anchoring, and a full safety briefing. Our equipment is regularly maintained and inspected.
Do you provide supervision?
Standard hires are unsupervised, but we can offer trained staff supervision for $40/hour upon request.
What age groups are suitable for your castles?
We cater to toddlers (1-4 yrs), children (5-12 yrs), and teens/adults (13+).
No adults, our smallest castle from 0-5 years old
Each product listing includes a recommended age range.
What is the duration of a standard hire?
Our standard hire period is whole day use. Longer durations are available for an additional fee.
Do you provide instructions on how to use the equipment safely?
Yes, our team provides a safety briefing during setup and leaves written guidelines if needed.
π Delivery & Setup
What areas do you service?
We deliver across Greater Sydney including Western Sydney, the Inner West, Northern Beaches, and the Sutherland Shire.
What are your delivery fees?
- $30 flat fee for locations within 20 km
- $2 per km beyond 20 km
- Maximum delivery distance: 50 km
Final delivery cost confirmed during booking.
How much space is needed for setup?
Allow at least 1m wide clearance for entry into the property, and a 1m clearance around the parameter of the castle, overhead space clear of branches/wires, and access to a power outlet within 20m.
What are the power requirements?
Each unit requires a 240V outlet. Generators are available for hire if access to power is not available.
Can the castles be set up on different surfaces?
Yes. We can set up on grass, concrete, or indoor flooring with the correct anchoring.
Can I hire a jumping castle for a public park event?
Yes, but you'll need council approval. We can provide required insurance documents and support your application.
π¦οΈ Weather & Policies
What happens if it rains?
In the event of rain, strong winds, or unsafe weather, Bounce Kingdom may cancel at its discretion. A credit voucher valid for 12 months will be issued. If a refund is agreed upon, a restocking fee of up to $50 may apply.
Are there any weather-related restrictions?
We do not operate during strong winds or heavy rain. Safety always comes first.
Are there any restrictions on use?
Yes. For safety and maintenance:
- No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects
- Slippery, sticky items
- No face paint or glitter
- No exceeding the maximum occupancy
Please note that if the trampoline is found to be damaged or torn, an additional charge will apply to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
Is supervision required during the event?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times, or you can request one of our staff members for extra charge.
Do you have insurance coverage?
Yes. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance and can provide certificates upon request.
